About Me

Hey everyone, I am Aaron and I have been a “gym junkie” for just over 9 years now.

In this time I have trained for sports, weight loss, strength, bodybuilding, and even powerlifting.  However, I have always been a naturally skinny guy, and as such I always wanted to put on more muscle. And through a combination of coaching, trial and error, and educating myself I have learned a little more than maybe the average person on how to build muscle. I am no expert and will never claim to be, but I will never put anything on this site in which I have not tried nor done extensive research on.

The reason I created this site is to help fellow “gym junkies” who may be newer to the gym, or the “hardgainer” who can never manage to put on weight, or maybe someone who is a little over weight but still desires to build muscle while getting in better shape. Overall, my biggest goal is to provide quality information to those looking to get quality results regardless of their starting point.

To do this I will provide information such as methods of lifting, workout routines, dieting information, product reviews and more.

I also ask that if you follow my site and something grabs your interest, that you get involved within my site. I love to talk about fitness, health, and anything of the sort so if you ever have anything interesting that you want to share or any opinions on any of the content that I have created, please speak up.
