When many people begin their journeys to building muscle or whatever their goal may be, they have generally no clue what exercises they should be doing. And most likely they don’t have that many exercises in their repertoire to begin with. Expanding that knowledge is one of my biggest goals with this site. I plan to list many exercises and workouts with detailed explanations for you to follow or adapt to make it your own.
Exercises are a very individual thing and different people react differently to different routines and as such the exercises here are ones that wither many people have found success with or I have personally used and loved them and wanted to share. But listen to your body, if it doesn’t feel right doing an certain movement
(1.) make sure you are using proper form, and
(2.) make sure you are not woking out with an injury.
